What Jev is, what the three question types return, and how to ask so the answers hold.
Seven pages, each short, each with one fence that runs. Read them in order the first time; after that the Tools reference is where you will spend your time.
| page | the one thing it settles |
|---|---|
| System One | a model that answers typed questions about one state with probabilities, and does not generate |
| Primitives | Noul, Choice, Score: when to use which, what each returns |
| State | strings, objects, arrays; backticked paths; structured instructions and criteria |
| Confidence | probabilities and the number derived from them; thresholds that scale with risk |
| Patterns | fan-out, confidence routing, composite scoring, intent routing, function calling |
| What not to ask | the jaggedness list for jev-1.13: what Jev reads wrong and what to do in code instead |
Everything here paraphrases docs.typesafe.ai; each page names the source page it follows. Where a claim carries a number, it comes from that page or from Measured.
